- The employer pauses or closes the role before preparation starts: full refund within 7 working days.
- The role closes after preparation starts: what was delivered stays yours, and the undelivered parts are refunded pro rata by component price.
- You change your mind within 24 hours of paying, before any call or rewrite is delivered: full refund.
- A duplicate payment: refunded in full.
- Not progressing in the hiring process is not a ground for a refund.

Offer & Pay Desk
- Full refund if you cancel before the pay benchmark is delivered, if we cannot take up your offer, or if you are charged twice or in error.
- After the benchmark is delivered: ₹5,000 plus GST for each negotiation call not held, if you ask within 60 days of payment.
- Once the benchmark, both calls and the script are delivered, it is not refundable.

Leadership Membership
- Full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying and no advisor call has taken place, if we cannot provide the membership, or if you are charged twice or in error.
- Otherwise the rest of a quarter is not refunded. If we withdraw the membership during a quarter, unused full months are refunded pro rata.
- If you were already paying for HireIQ Radar on its own, cancel it from My Radar; on request we refund any Radar charge taken for a month wholly covered by your membership.
- Membership never renews itself.

Company Deep-Dive
- Full refund if you cancel before the dossier is delivered, if we cannot produce it, if we cannot deliver it before the interview date you gave us, or if you are charged twice or in error.
- Once delivered, it is not refundable.

CXO Mock Panel
- Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the session, if we cannot hold it within 15 working days of payment, or if you are charged twice or in error.
- A session you miss, cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or that has taken place is not refundable.

BLAST Launch, Spotlight and Signature
- Before any work (no leadership profile delivered and no campaign sent): full refund.
- If we decline your campaign before the first campaign is sent: full refund, and any profile already delivered is yours.
- If you cancel after your leadership profile is delivered but before the first campaign is sent: everything except ₹9,999 plus GST.
- After the first campaign is sent: not refundable, except work not delivered within your campaign period, refunded pro rata, and the stated amounts if the Digital Profiling & Visibility campaign could not be run.
- A duplicate or mistaken charge is always refunded in full. Not achieving a reply, interview or offer is not a ground for a refund.

Advocate Career Conversation
- Full refund if we cancel, or if you are charged twice or in error.
- You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Once the call has taken place, the fee is not refundable.

HireIQ Advocate engagement
The fee pays for work reserved and performed across the term, so fees paid are not refundable, except where your signed engagement letter or the law says otherwise.

HireIQ Radar
- If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and no Monday brief has been sent to you, that payment is refunded in full.
- Otherwise a month that has started is not refunded, except where the law requires or where HireIQ failed to provide the service.
- Radar renews every month until you cancel; we email you at least 3 days before each renewal.

Book My Appointment packages and agreed engagement steps
The CV Signal Snapshot, Career Conversation and Complete Leadership Package, and engagement steps paid through a payment link we send you, are sold under the terms of engagement of 9 September 2026 and the refund policy of 17 September 2026. Both are kept word for word in the archive.
- Payments are not refundable once confirmed, and a package not used within 15 days of payment lapses.
- Always refunded in full: a duplicate or mistaken charge, a package we fail to deliver, or a case we decline.
- Longer engagements follow the cancellation terms in your engagement letter; as a floor, steps not yet started are refunded.

Employers
Listing a mandate is zero cost for employers, and HireIQ never charges for a hire, an interview or a shortlist, so there is nothing to refund. See the employer empanelment terms.
How to ask for a refund
Write to hello@talproindia.com from the email address you paid with, quoting the reference on your receipt or tracker. Approved refunds go back to the way you paid. If you are not satisfied with the answer, use our grievance process. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.
