HireIQ Partner Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Talpro India Private Limited, B-Block, 4th Floor, 0741/A, 12th Main Road, Manipal County Road, opposite Star Market, AECS Layout, Singasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068 (“Talpro”, “we”), which runs HireIQ at hireiq.pro. The HireIQ Partner Programme lets an approved individual (“partner”) introduce people who are new to HireIQ and share in the money HireIQ earns when those people buy a HireIQ career package. You are an independent contractor. Nothing here makes you our employee, agent or representative, and the programme is non-exclusive on both sides.

You must be 18 or older, resident in India, hold a PAN and a bank account in your own name, and be approved by us. You cannot join if you are staff of Talpro or HireIQ or part of their household; a HireIQ Advocate or panelist (for the people you serve); or a contact, HR or hiring person at an employer whose roles are on HireIQ. We check these declarations at joining and every night after, and may suspend an account that matches.

• You earn 10% of the price before GST of each HireIQ career package bought by a person you referred, while that person is linked to you (12 months from the link). Example: a ₹9,999 + GST package earns ₹999.90.
• Memberships earn on each paid period inside those 12 months. Quoted services (such as HireIQ Advocate) are capped at ₹25,000 per mandate.
• We share only what we earn. HireIQ never charges employers and never earns on a hire, so you never earn for a role, an interview, an offer or a hire.
• No earnings for: your own purchases; people who share your phone, device or payment method; people already known to HireIQ before your link; people who remove the referral; roles outside India; anyone who bought without seeing the disclosure; purchases made after your account is paused, suspended or ended.
• There is no joining fee and nothing to buy, and you earn nothing for recruiting other partners. We never promise any level of earnings.

A person is linked to you when they open your partner link (we remember it for 30 days) or type your code into their own HireIQ account, and they are new to HireIQ. The first valid link wins and lasts 12 months; a later link or code does not replace it. They see that they came through you, and can remove the link before paying — removal is permanent. Your code gives them no discount.

Each earning becomes payable after the package’s refund window has closed and the service has been delivered, plus 15 days. Card payments of ₹25,000 or more also wait 120 days from payment. If a purchase is refunded before you are paid, the earning is reduced or reversed; if it is refunded after you are paid, the difference is deducted from your next payments. In your first 90 days, 20% of each payout is held back and released 120 days after your approval.

We pay once a month by bank transfer to your own verified account, when your net payable balance is at least ₹1,000 (smaller balances carry forward). We verify your PAN and bank account before the first payment. A change of bank account needs a fresh security code and waits 72 hours before it can be paid. Unclaimed earnings lapse if you do not complete verification within 12 months of your first payable earning; we remind you three times first.

We deduct TDS on commission under section 393(1) of the Income-tax Act, 2025 (2% once your earnings in a tax year exceed ₹20,000; a higher rate applies if your PAN is not valid) and issue TDS certificates. If you are registered for GST, you invoice us for each payment plus GST; we release the GST once your invoice appears in our GST records. You are responsible for your own taxes.

• Say clearly and first that you earn a fee — “Ad”, “Paid partnership” or “#ad” at the start of a post or message.
• Never take money from anyone, quote a different price or offer a discount. All payments are made only at hireiq.pro to Talpro.
• Never promise or suggest a job, a shortlist, an interview, an offer or any outcome, and never say that buying helps anyone get shortlisted. HireIQ alone decides who is shortlisted, and you have no say in it.
• Never pretend to be HireIQ or Talpro staff, bid on the HireIQ or Talpro names in advertising, list your code on coupon or deal sites, send bulk WhatsApp or SMS, or post fake jobs.

You see only your own earnings: monthly totals, and per-purchase amounts only when enough people bought that month. You never see a person’s name, contact details, purchases or applications. Because an amount can sometimes hint at what was bought, keep anything you work out to yourself. You must not collect or share anyone’s personal data in our name. Our privacy policy applies to what we hold about you.

You must not offer or give anything to anyone — including an employer’s staff — to influence a hiring decision or a purchase. A breach ends your account and is reported where the law requires.

We check for misuse, ask referred buyers whether anyone asked them for money or promised them a job, and may hold earnings while we review. You may leave at any time: earnings already made are still paid. We may end the programme or your account on 30 days’ notice, paying what you have earned. If you break these terms, we may end your account at once and void the earnings tainted by the breach (all unpaid earnings in a case of fraud or of taking money).

You may appeal any decision within 15 business days; someone other than the original decision-maker decides. Write to hello@talproindia.com quoting your partner reference. Complaints can also go through our grievance process.

We will give you 30 days’ notice of any change to these terms or the rates. A rate change applies to payments received after it takes effect. If you do not accept new terms within 30 days, earning pauses until you do.

Our total liability to you is limited to the earnings due to you. These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to arbitration seated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and the courts at Bengaluru. Sections on tax, recovery of overpayments, data, and anti-bribery survive the end of this agreement. We may publish your display name and the month you joined on our partner verification page.
