Every mandate, with applications counted by stage

Sign in with your work email and a six-digit code; there is no password. Each mandate shows:

• Applications
• In review
• Presented
• Interview qualified

It also shows when you last confirmed the role is open and when the next confirmation is due. Candidates your recruiter puts forward appear under “Shortlisted for you”, each one only after they agreed to be shown to you for that role. You can download your mandates as a CSV file.

One click a week keeps each role honest

Every verified role is confirmed by the employer at least every 7 days. On day 5 we email you a link with three answers: still open, pause it, or closed. The same three buttons are on each mandate in your workspace. If nobody confirms, the role pauses itself on day 7, and applicants are told when a role closes.

Nothing is published until you approve the brief

Your mandate lead writes the 360° brief with your hiring team and sends it to you on a private link. You approve it, or say what to change. The brief shows exactly what candidates may see, such as whether your company is named and whether the budget band is shown.

Consented shortlists, and a decision on each candidate

A shortlist arrives on a private link. It holds only candidates who agreed to be presented to you for that role. For each one you choose:

• Interview
• Keep on hold
• Not a fit

You can add the main reason (Skills, Level, CTC, Location, Timing or Other) and a comment for Talpro. Choosing Interview for a presented candidate moves them to “Interview qualified” and tells them. The reason code goes to your recruiter’s record in our recruitment system; your comment stays with HireIQ.
