No. You introduce people to HireIQ and share in what HireIQ earns when they buy a career package. You never recruit for an employer through HireIQ, and you have no say in who is shortlisted.
How much will I earn?
10% of the price before GST of each package a referred person buys within 12 months of opening your link. We do not promise any amount; most partners earn occasionally, from people they genuinely know.
Does my friend get a discount?
No. A partner code never changes the price. Prices are the same for everyone and are published on the pricing page.
When am I paid?
Monthly, once the refund window has closed and the service is delivered, plus 15 days, and when your net balance is at least ₹1,000. We pay only to your own verified bank account.
What do I see about the people I refer?
Only your earnings — monthly totals, and amounts per purchase only when enough people bought in that month. Never names, contact details, purchases or applications.
Can I promote HireIQ on LinkedIn or WhatsApp?
Yes, to people you know, with “Ad” or “Paid partnership” at the start. No bulk messages, no coupon sites, no ads on the HireIQ or Talpro names, and never a promise of a job.
What if someone asks me to help them get shortlisted?
Tell them the truth: applying is free and HireIQ alone decides who is shortlisted. Buying a package does not change that.
Someone asked me to pay to get a job. Is that HireIQ?
No. HireIQ never charges to apply or to be considered, and partners never collect money. Report it at /partners/report and, if you lost money, call 1930 or use cybercrime.gov.in.
