Is Talpro the employer?
No. Talpro India Private Limited facilitates the process. If an offer is made, it comes from — and your contract is with — the employer.
Do you guarantee an interview or a job?
No, on any tier. We decide only whether to present a profile; the employer decides everything after that.
Why is the employer not named?
Many leadership searches are confidential. Roles are described by sector; the name is shared at the stages the employer authorises.
How do I know a role is real?
Every verified role has a signed mandate, an approved brief and a confirmation date no older than 7 days — or it stops taking applications.
Does Premium improve my chances?
It improves preparation, not position. Free and Premium pass the same review gate, and Premium never buys a shortlist.
What if the role closes after I pay?
Before preparation starts: full refund. After: delivered work stays yours and the rest is refunded pro-rata.
Who sees my CV?
Authorised Talpro reviewers, and the employer you applied to — only if you pass review and have consented.
How do I complain?
