How long does it actually take?

Package 1: one working day from the moment your CV is in — not from payment. Packages 2 and 3: a Microsoft Teams slot within three working days; notes follow within two working days of the call, and the full Complete Leadership Package within seven.

Who reads it?

A reviewer with recruitment and leadership-hiring experience. Not a script and not an automated score. The same person writes the report.

Is my CV kept confidential?

Your documents stay between you and your reviewer. Nothing carrying your name reaches any company at this stage — an audit involves no outreach at all.

Do I need a LinkedIn profile?

Not for the CV Signal Snapshot. Packages 2 and 3 read your LinkedIn as well; a LinkedIn rewrite is an add-on to the Complete Leadership Package.

Which one if I have a specific job in mind?

The Complete Leadership Package. It is the only one that benchmarks you against a job description you send and rebuilds your CV for that role.

Can I upgrade afterwards?

Yes. Tell us your reference and we invoice the difference rather than the full price again.

Is this a subscription?

No. It is a one-time payment for the package named on your receipt. Nothing renews and there is no account to cancel.

How do I pay, and is it safe?

Card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details. Payment goes to Talpro India Private Limited — never to a personal account.

I am outside India. Can I still buy?

Yes. Prices are in rupees and Razorpay handles conversion at checkout. The market benchmark is strongest for roles hiring into India.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are non-refundable once confirmed, and each package is valid for 15 days. You get a full refund if you were charged twice or in error, if we do not deliver, or if we decline your case. See the refund policy.
