What the form collects
Name, email, mobile, city, current role and company, LinkedIn URL (optional), current and expected fixed CTC, notice period, your CV, evidence answers and an optional note on why the role interests you. Please do not include passwords, bank or card details, or identity documents such as Aadhaar, PAN or passport copies.
How it is used
- To administer and review your application for the chosen role.
- To present your profile to that employer if you pass the review gate and have consented.
- To deliver a Premium service you bought.
- To contact you about the application, and — only if you opted in — about future matching roles.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations for payments.
Your HireIQ profile and its backup
If you create a free profile, HireIQ keeps what you tell it in the five set-up steps (your current role, what you want next, your CV, results, experience and education) to show you only the roles that fit and to fill application forms. Your pay is used only for matching and is never shown to an employer. Each night a backup copy of profiles is kept in Talpro's own Google Workspace and, where you agreed to it, in Talpro's HubSpot CRM, so your profile survives a system failure. Dated backup copies are replaced within 30 days; deleting your profile removes it from HireIQ straight away and from the backups as they roll over.
Who can see it
Authorised Talpro reviewers and recruiters working on the role. CV downloads by staff are logged. The employer for the role sees your profile only after the review gate and your consent. Payment data is handled by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card details.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, with the privacy request form, from your application tracking page, or by writing to hello@talproindia.com from the email you applied with (quote your HIQ reference). If you are unhappy with our response, contact the Grievance Officer. Talpro India Private Limited is the data fiduciary for applications on this board.
