Not to recruiters, not to job boards, not to advertisers. There is no advertising tracker and no cross-site tracking on this site.
A person decides, not a machine
Software helps our team read faster and search wider. Every judgement about your career, and every factual claim we write, is made by a person.
Your name is yours to release
We do not give your identity to a company until you tell us to. In a confidential search, that is the whole point.

1. Who is responsible for your data
Talpro India Private Limited (CIN U74999KA2020PTC135946), registered at B-Block, 4th Floor, 0741/A, 12th Main Road, Manipal County Road, opposite Star Market, AECS Layout, Singasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, is the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.
2. What we collect
What you give us: your name, email address, phone number, current and target role, your CV, your LinkedIn profile URL, and any source documents you send to evidence your record. What comes with a payment: a Razorpay payment reference, the email used to pay, and the amount — we do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank account details. What the website records: basic server logs including IP address and browser type, kept for security and troubleshooting.
3. Why we hold it, and on what basis
To perform the work you have asked and paid for; to contact you about that work; to meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations; and to keep the service secure. Where the law requires your consent — for example before we identify you to a company — we ask for it, and you can withdraw it.
4. How software is used on your documents
We use software to read, search and organise faster — for example to find relevant advertised roles or to structure a long CV. Where a document is processed by a third-party service to do that, it is under a written data-processing agreement and is not used to train anyone’s public models. No hiring judgement, benchmark or claim about you is produced without a person reviewing and taking responsibility for it.
5. Who else sees it
Our own case team, limited to the people assigned to your file. Razorpay, for taking payment. Our email delivery provider, to send you your documents. Companies we approach on your behalf — and only what you have agreed we may send them, only once you have released your name. Government authorities, where we are legally required. Nobody else. We do not share your data with recruitment agencies, job boards or data brokers.
6. Where it is held
With Talpro and trusted service providers, some of them outside India (our CRM provider, HubSpot, for example, may store data outside India). Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function.
7. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to do the work and to meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your documents and case record at any time; we complete deletion within thirty days of a written request and confirm when it is done. Records we are legally obliged to retain — invoices, for example — are kept for the statutory period and nothing more.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed; ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data; ask us to erase it; withdraw a consent you gave; and nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot. This service is for working professionals at senior level. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes
Material changes to this policy are dated at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects how we handle data you have already given us, we tell you by email.
