Set-up takes five steps. The first two decide which roles you see; the rest are optional and raise your profile strength, out of 100.

1. You today. Your current role, level and pay, so roles are pitched at the right level.
2. What you want. This decides which roles you see. Only roles that fit it are shown to you.
3. Your CV and story. A headline, a short summary, your skills and the results you are proudest of.
4. Experience and education. Your last few roles and your qualifications, the way a hiring team reads them.
5. Privacy and membership. How you are searching, and whether to join the Leadership Network.

Your overview then shows how many roles fit what you want, stretch roles one level up, your saved roles and your applications.

Add your results once as Career Evidence. Every open verified role then shows how your evidence matches each must-have in the hiring team’s brief, line by line, with what would strengthen your application.

• It is for you only: employers never see it.
• It changes nothing about the review. A person reads every application against the brief.
• The same evidence always gives the same answer.

Every application, and the stage it is at

Each application has a tracker. These are the stages it shows:

1. Received
2. Under review against the brief
3. Presented to the hiring team
4. Interview qualified

An application can also close as “Not proceeding”, “Role paused by the employer” or “Withdrawn by you”. You get an email at every change. When Talpro’s team moves your application on in our recruitment system, your tracker shows it, marked “Updated by the HireIQ team”.

If you buy something, it shows in your workspace with its GST invoice: a purchase for one application sits with that application, and an advisory purchase such as the Offer & Pay Desk has its own page. Applying never costs anything.
