Do I approve every person?
No. You approve your persona once — the target companies, industries, cities and roles from Head of function to CXO. We approach every decision-maker we find who fits it, with no upper limit. You can see each one in your account and remove anyone not yet contacted.
What is a Talent Map?
You define the persona and we map every company we can find that fits it. For each one we identify the people who decide on a leadership hire like yours — from the Head of function up to the CXO: the hiring manager, the function head, the CHRO or talent head, and the CEO where relevant. It is built from Talpro’s leadership network and public sources, and it is yours to keep.
What is a warm path?
Before sending anything, we check whether someone in the HCI Talks leadership network knows the decision-maker and is willing to introduce you. Where one exists, we ask for that introduction first. Warm introductions depend on people’s goodwill, so we never promise a number.
What is the Digital Profiling & Visibility campaign?
On Spotlight and Signature, we turn your leadership story into a short Leader Spotlight and show it to decision-makers in your target industries — on LinkedIn and on HireIQ and HCI Talks pages — for two or four weeks. You approve every piece, each is labelled as sponsored, and you receive a visibility summary at the end.
I am still employed. Is it safe?
Choose “confidential first”. Your profile goes out with your name and employer banded or removed, and a company learns your name only after it replies and you approve it. Your current employer is always excluded.
Is this the same as applying to a HireIQ verified role?
No. Applying to a verified role is always free, and buying BLAST never changes how any application is reviewed. BLAST is a separate career marketing service.
Do you charge the companies too?
No. Talpro charges no fee to any employer for a BLAST introduction. You are the only client.
What if fewer decision-makers fit my brief?
We promise a minimum for your package. If we approach fewer, the shortfall is refunded pro rata. If, after the ICP call, we believe a campaign cannot work for your brief, we tell you and refund in full.
Can I get my money back?
In full before work starts, or if we decline your campaign at any point before the first campaign is sent. If you cancel after your leadership profile is delivered but before the first campaign: everything except ₹9,999 + GST, and the profile is yours. After the first campaign: undelivered work pro rata. How is BLAST different from mass CV distribution?
Typical mass CV distribution sends your CV to large lists you did not choose, usually as a cold mass email, often with no way to exclude your current employer and with a count of emails as the only proof. BLAST goes only to decision-makers who fit the persona you approve, asks for a warm introduction first where one exists, always excludes your current employer and any company you name, offers confidential first, and gives you a live tracker, a written report and a refund for any shortfall. “Typical” describes a common model, not any named company.
Why is it called BLAST?
It is the name of the module. The work itself is the opposite of a blast: a mapped list of named decision-makers who fit the persona you approved.
