What do you need from me?
Your offer as it stands: role, city, fixed and variable pay, anything else in the package, and the date you must decide by. Share only what your offer letter allows you to share.
How fast is the benchmark?
We aim to send it within two working days of payment, sooner if your decision date is close. Tell us the date and we plan around it.
Where does the benchmark come from?
Published pay surveys and market reports, read alongside what Talpro sees in its own recruitment work. It is an informed estimate, and we name every source.
Will you speak to the employer for me?
No. You stay the one who negotiates. We prepare you and write the words; you decide what to send.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, in full, if you cancel before the benchmark is delivered, if we cannot take up your offer, or if you are charged twice. After the benchmark, ₹5,000 + GST comes back for each call not held. See the terms.
