Terms of sale for four advisory services.

1. Who sells and what these terms cover

These terms govern the HireIQ Offer & Pay Desk, the HireIQ Leadership Membership, the HireIQ Company Deep-Dive and the HireIQ CXO Mock Panel, sold by Talpro India Private Limited, B-Block, 4th Floor, 0741/A, 12th Main Road, Manipal County Road, opposite Star Market, AECS Layout, Singasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, India (“Talpro”, “we”). They are career advisory services. They are not a fee to apply for, or to be considered, shortlisted, interviewed or placed in, any role, and buying any of them never changes how any of your applications is reviewed: free and paid applicants pass the same review gate.

2. Price, payment and invoice

• Offer & Pay Desk: ₹14,999 plus 18% GST (₹17,698.82), for one offer.
• Leadership Membership: ₹9,999 plus 18% GST (₹11,798.82), for one quarter of three months.
• Company Deep-Dive: ₹2,999 plus 18% GST (₹3,538.82), for one company.
• CXO Mock Panel: ₹9,999 plus 18% GST (₹11,798.82), for one session and its written feedback.

The total shown before you pay is the amount charged. Payment is processed by Razorpay. A GST tax invoice is issued by Talpro India Private Limited. We do not offer discounts or coupons.

3. Offer & Pay Desk — what you receive

• Pay benchmark for the role, city and industry of your offer: fixed pay, variable and the usual elements of the package, drawn from published pay data and Talpro’s recruitment experience, with every source named. It is an informed estimate, not a guarantee of what any employer will pay.
• Two negotiation calls on Microsoft Teams with a senior Talpro advisor, each up to 45 minutes.
• A written counter-offer script, in email and call versions, for you to send in your own name.

It covers one offer — one role at one company. A counter-offer from your current employer, or a second offer for the same move, may be discussed within the two calls. We never contact your employer or the hiring company for you; you remain the one who negotiates and decides.

4. Offer & Pay Desk — timing

Work starts when payment is confirmed. We aim to send the benchmark within two working days, sooner when your decision date is close. Your two calls are to be used within 60 days of payment; calls not used by then lapse, unless the delay was ours.

5. Offer & Pay Desk — refunds

• Full refund if you cancel before the pay benchmark is delivered, if we cannot take up your offer, or if you are charged twice or in error.
• After the benchmark is delivered: ₹5,000 plus GST is refunded for each negotiation call not held, if you ask within 60 days of payment.
• Once the benchmark, both calls and the script are delivered, the service is complete and not refundable.

6. Your information

Share offer and interview details only as far as your offer letter and any confidentiality duty allow. We keep what you share confidential and use it only to provide the service you bought. It is kept and deleted under our data retention policy and privacy policy. We never share it with any employer.

7. Leadership Membership — what is included

For each paid quarter:

• HireIQ Radar: watch up to 25 companies, a written brief every Monday on new leadership roles at them, and company dossiers, as described in the Radar terms.
• The full 360° brief and the budget band on verified roles you apply to during the quarter, only where the employer has authorised that disclosure in writing. Disclosed information is confidential and for your application only.
• The monthly pay pulse: one email a month on leadership pay, with every figure sourced. It is general market information, not advice on any one offer.
• One advisor call a month on Microsoft Teams, up to 45 minutes. A call not taken in a month does not carry over.

Membership requires a HireIQ Leadership Network profile (free). Verified roles open only as employers sign mandates, so in some months there may be none; Radar, the pay pulse and the advisor calls continue regardless.

8. Leadership Membership — term, no automatic renewal

A quarter runs for three calendar months from the day you pay, or, if you buy while a paid quarter is running, from the day that quarter ends. Nothing is charged again automatically. We email you seven days before a quarter ends. You may buy the next quarter in the last 30 days of the current one.

9. Leadership Membership — refunds

• Full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying and no advisor call has taken place, if we cannot provide the membership, or if you are charged twice or in error.
• Otherwise the remainder of a quarter is not refunded.
• If we withdraw the membership during a quarter, we refund the unused full months pro rata.
• If you were already paying for HireIQ Radar on its own, cancel it from My Radar; on request we refund any Radar charge taken for a month wholly covered by your membership.

10. Company Deep-Dive — what you receive, timing and refunds

A written dossier on one company, for one interview, emailed to you: the leadership team and recent changes at the top, the business and its latest results, hiring signals and news from the last twelve months, the themes your interview is likely to cover, and questions to ask. It is built only from public sources, each one named, and never includes confidential information Talpro holds about any company, including its clients. We never tell the company you ordered it. What it expects your interview to cover is an informed view, not inside knowledge.

• Timing: we aim to deliver within three working days of payment, sooner if your interview is close.
• Refunds: full refund if you cancel before the dossier is delivered, if we cannot produce it, if we cannot deliver it before the interview date you gave us, or if you are charged twice or in error. Once delivered, it is not refundable.
• The dossier is for your own preparation; please do not publish it.

11. CXO Mock Panel — what you receive, timing and refunds

One mock interview of up to 60 minutes on Microsoft Teams with a senior leader (a CXO or equivalent) whom we match to your function, and written feedback emailed within three working days of the session. You are told your panelist’s name and role once matched; we do not offer a choice of named individual, and we never match a panelist who works at the company you tell us you are interviewing with.

• Practice only: the panelist is not recruiting for any role, the session is never an introduction to an employer, nothing you share is passed to any employer, and the session is not recorded. Please do not ask the panelist for a referral.
• Confidentiality: panelists agree with Talpro to keep what you share confidential; you agree to keep the panelist’s identity and anything they share about their own organisation confidential.
• Timing: the session is held within 15 working days of payment at a time agreed with you. If we cannot hold it within that time, you may take a full refund.
• Changes: one free reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Refunds: full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the session, if we cannot hold it within 15 working days, or if you are charged twice or in error. A session you miss, or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, and a session that has taken place, are not refundable.

12. No outcome guarantee

No service promises a job, an interview, an offer, a salary, a raise or any timeline. Employers make every hiring decision. Not achieving an outcome is not a ground for refund. The candidate terms and the facilitator disclaimer also apply.

13. Requests, law and grievances

Refund requests and questions: hello@talproindia.com, quoting your OD-, LM-, CD- or MP- reference. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law. Complaints can be raised through our grievance process.
