What you authorise when you apply
When you tick the consent box you allow Talpro India Private Limited to process your application and CV for that role (its mandate reference is shown on the form), and to share it with that employer if you pass the review gate. You do not authorise sharing with any other employer — we will ask you first, separately, each time.
We store the consent version, date, time and IP address with your application, so both you and we can see exactly what was agreed.
Insight and Complete: you approve the rewritten documents
Paying for Premium Insight or Premium Complete authorises the preparation work. It does not approve documents that have not been written yet. When your rewritten CV is ready, your tracker shows “Awaiting your document approval”. Check every date, title, number and sensitive detail; ask for corrections. Nothing is sent to the employer until you click approve.
Optional updates about future roles
A separate, unticked box lets you hear about future ₹50 L+ mandates that match your profile. It is optional, does not affect your application, and you can stop it at any time.
Withdrawing
Use “Withdraw application” on your tracker. We stop processing and delete the CV within 30 days, unless an interview process with that employer is already underway with your knowledge. If your profile was already presented, we inform the employer that you have withdrawn.
