HireIQ is more than a list of roles. Candidates, employers and the Talpro team each have their own workspace, and all of them work from one record of each person and each role, kept in our recruitment system in India.
Three of four live todayWhen you apply, your application becomes part of one record. Talpro’s recruiters work from that record in our recruitment system, hosted in India, where your consent covers it. When a recruiter moves your application on, your tracker shows it. When an employer decides on a shortlist, the recruiter sees it. Everyone works from the same record.
The recruitment system holds the record on an India data centre. Every night we check that everyone who should be in it is there, and keep an encrypted copy on Talpro’s own server. Every outside service that receives personal data is listed, with its location.
