- What happened, what you would like us to do, and any supporting documents.
How we handle it
- We acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
- A person not involved in the original matter reviews it.
- We aim to resolve it, in writing, within 15 days of receipt. If we need longer, we tell you why and when to expect an answer.
Data-protection requests
Requests to access, correct or erase personal data, or to withdraw consent, can be made with the privacy request form (we answer within 30 days of you confirming it), or sent to hello@talproindia.com or to the Grievance Officer. Candidates can also withdraw consent to share their profile at any time from their application tracking page. If you are not satisfied with our response, you retain the right to approach the relevant authority under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and consumer protection law.
