Before you start
Does it cost anything?
No. Listing a mandate is zero-cost to employers under a short empanelment agreement. Candidates never pay to be considered.
How long is the agreement?
Short, with a confidentiality clause built in. It arrives pre-filled from this form and is signed online.
When does the role go live?
As soon as the agreement is signed and you approve the brief. Nothing is published before both.
Do you need exclusivity?
No. Tell us in step 4 if other agencies are working on the role, so we can brief candidates honestly.
What if the role closes or pauses?
Click “closed” or “pause” in your weekly confirmation email. The listing comes down and applicants are told.
How is this different from Talpro’s paid search?
HireIQ empanelment is a separate, zero-cost brand of Talpro. Paid recruitment, staffing and RPO have their own agreements.
