The four checks behind every listing
- Authority. The organisation (or its authorised representative) empanels Talpro India Private Limited for this specific role and names a hiring contact. We record the mandate reference and show it on the listing.
- A genuine, current vacancy. The employer confirms the role is open and that Talpro may publish an approved brief and present suitable candidates.
- An approved brief. We write the 360° brief with the people who will interview — why the role exists, the first-12-month mandate, must-haves and the evidence expected, how success is measured, the interview process and deal-breakers. The employer approves it before it goes live.
- The floor. The fixed CTC is ₹50 L or more. Roles below the floor are declined at mandate stage.
What “Employer-confirmed” and the date mean
The date on each listing is the last time a named person at the employer confirmed to us — by email or a recorded call — that the role is still open. It is a record of a check, not a promise that the role will stay open: an employer can change, pause or fill a role at any time after the check.
If the employer does not re-confirm within 7 days, the role is paused automatically and stops taking applications until it is re-confirmed. Every applicant to a role that is paused or withdrawn is told.
What we never do
- Verified roles are never scraped, copied or syndicated from career sites or other job boards. Separately, the members-only Roles from company career pages list links to roles employers publish on their own public career pages. Those roles are labelled, unverified, summarised in our own words, rechecked daily, and always link back to the employer. Read the notice.
- We never list a role on the strength of an automated “hiring signal” or rumour.
- We never publish a role the employer has not approved.
- We never invent a vacancy to collect CVs.
What verification does not cover
Verification confirms that an authorised employer has a current mandate with Talpro. It is not an audit of the employer’s finances, culture or future plans, and it is not a guarantee about the role’s outcome. Please do your own diligence before accepting any offer — the employer is the party you would be employed by.
