HireIQ is a service of Talpro India Private Limited, Bengaluru. This notice explains the Roles from company career pages list on hireiq.pro, which is separate from the list of roles verified with employers.

What these roles are

They are leadership roles in India that companies have published on their own public career pages, or on the official job board their company runs. HireIQ lists the facts of each role (title, company, city, work mode, posting date) and a two- or three-line summary written by HireIQ, and links to the company's own page.

These roles are unverified. No employer has given these roles to HireIQ; HireIQ is not recruiting for them and is not affiliated with these companies. HireIQ is not the employer for any of them.

What HireIQ does and does not do

  • HireIQ checks each listed company's career page once a day and shows the date of the last check on every role.
  • When a role comes down from the company's page, HireIQ hides it at its next daily check and deletes it within 24 hours after that. A role not checked for 48 hours is hidden automatically.
  • HireIQ does not copy the company's job description. It reads it once to write its own short summary, then discards it.
  • HireIQ removes contact details from what it reads (email addresses, phone numbers and lines that name a contact person) before anything is stored, and does not build records about the people named in job advertisements.
  • HireIQ keeps a short record of when each role appeared and came down (title, function, level and dates, never the description) for up to 13 months, to describe hiring activity in HireIQ Radar briefs. When a company asks for removal, this record is deleted too.
  • HireIQ does not take applications for these roles. The apply button opens the company's own page, and the company's own terms and privacy notice apply there.
  • The list is open to HireIQ members (see below). Membership is free, and HireIQ never charges anyone to see a role, open its link, apply, or be considered.

Members' notice: the HireIQ Leadership Network

Since 22 October 2026 this list is shown only to members of the HireIQ Leadership Network. Membership is free. To join you sign in, keep a HireIQ candidate profile with a CV, and tick one box that says:

"I agree to join the HireIQ Leadership Network. Talpro India Private Limited may keep my HireIQ profile and CV in its leadership-candidate database and contact me by email or phone about leadership roles it is recruiting for. Talpro never sends my profile or CV to an employer unless I say yes for that role. I can leave the network at any time on this page, and delete my profile at any time from my account."   • Who holds your data: Talpro India Private Limited, Bengaluru, which runs HireIQ and recruits for leadership roles.
  • What is used: the profile you keep on HireIQ (name, email, mobile, city, current role, LinkedIn address if you add it) and the CV you upload. Nothing else is collected for the network.
  • Why: to consider you for leadership roles Talpro is recruiting for and to contact you about them. Your profile or CV is shared with an employer only after you say yes for that specific role.
  • What we record: the wording you agreed to, its version, the time, and the network address and browser you used, as evidence of your consent.
  • Leaving: use "Leave the network" at the foot of the list. Talpro stops using your profile for the network straight away and the list closes again. Your HireIQ profile stays in your account until you delete it.
  • Deleting: deleting your profile in your account deletes your profile, your CV and your network membership. The record of when you agreed and left is kept as evidence, without your network address and browser.
  • Your rights: you can ask what we hold, correct it, or ask us to erase it by writing to grievance@talproindia.com. See the privacy guide. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

How companies are chosen and checked

HireIQ reviews each company, including its website's terms, and records the review before its pages are first read. HireIQ reads only pages that are open to the public, never pages behind a login, a paywall or a challenge, and follows each website's robots rules, including any requested delay between visits. If a website's rules or terms do not allow automated reading, HireIQ does not list that company, and hides any of its roles already listed. HireIQ's robot identifies itself as HireIQ-RoleFinder/1.0, gives a contact address, and visits each company at most once a day.

Companies: removal on request

If you represent a company and would rather HireIQ did not link to your career page, use the removal form or write to legal@talproindia.com. Your roles are hidden as soon as the form is sent, or within 24 hours of an email, and your company is not checked again unless you ask. HireIQ also deletes the records it kept about your company's past listings.

Accuracy

HireIQ shows what the company's page said at the last check. Pay, scope and requirements can change; the company's own page is the authority. If you spot an error, write to hello@talproindia.com.

Names and trademarks

Company names are used only to identify the company whose public page a role came from. HireIQ does not use company logos on this list and does not suggest any endorsement or partnership.
