What the Free route includes

• The role summary — why the role exists, the must-haves, level, city, work mode and the employer’s last confirmation date. (The full 360° brief is part of every paid plan; on roles where no paid plan is offered, the full brief is open to everyone.)
• One application form: your details, your current CV (PDF or Word, up to 5 MB) and evidence answers against each must-have.
• A private tracker link showing every status change, plus email updates.
• A human review against the brief — the same review gate as Premium.
• Presentation to the hiring team if you pass the review gate and have consented.
• If you tick the box, the team tells you about future ₹50 L+ mandates that match your profile.
• Every guide on this site, free to read.

What Free does not include

• The full 360° brief — the 12-month mandate, success measures, interview process, deal-breakers, the person they picture and team culture — on roles where a paid plan is offered.
• A rewritten CV, preparation calls or a prepared dossier.
• The role’s budget band, the employer’s name or the hiring-team note before the stages described on When the employer is named.

You can add Premium to a Free application later from your tracker while the role is open — nothing you submitted is lost.

What happens to your CV
