What we commit to
- List as verified only roles with a current, authorised employer mandate, approved brief and a visible confirmation date. Roles from company career pages are kept in their own labelled tab.
- Pause roles that are not re-confirmed within 7 days, and tell every applicant when a role is paused or withdrawn.
- Review every application against the brief, the same way for Free and Premium.
- Share your profile only with the employer you applied to, and only with your consent.
- Deliver any Premium service you bought as described, or refund under the published rules.
- Answer questions within one working day (Mon–Sat).
What we ask of you
- Give accurate, current information and evidence you can stand behind.
- Review and correct any rewritten documents before you approve them.
- Keep employer information shared with you confidential.
- Tell us promptly if you accept another role or want to withdraw.
What no one can promise — and we never do
- That an application passes review, is presented, or gets a response.
- An interview, an offer, a joining date or a salary increase.
- That a role will remain open after its last confirmation.
- That any document will pass any employer’s screening system.
