HireIQ Radar: membership terms

These terms apply when you buy HireIQ Radar from Talpro India Private Limited, Bengaluru ("HireIQ", "we"). They sit alongside the candidate terms of use and the privacy policy.

1. What you are buying

HireIQ Radar is a monitoring and writing service. For as long as your membership is active, HireIQ will:

  • keep a watchlist of up to the number of companies and functions shown on the Radar page;
  • check the public career pages of the watched companies that HireIQ lists, once a day;
  • send you a written brief each Monday on leadership roles in India that appeared or came down at those companies, and the roles listed at the time of writing;
  • prepare company dossiers on request, up to the monthly number shown, built only from HireIQ's own records of those daily checks;
  • let you download the roles at your watched companies as a spreadsheet (CSV).

A company you add that HireIQ does not yet list is reviewed first. Until it is reviewed and listed, your brief shows it as not checked yet. HireIQ may decline to list it, for example if its website does not permit automated reading.

2. What you are not buying

  • Access to any role. Roles employers list with HireIQ are free for everyone to see and apply to; roles from company career pages are free for HireIQ members. Radar never sells access to a role.
  • Any job, interview, shortlisting or offer, or any priority, ranking or visibility with any employer. Radar changes nothing about how an employer sees you.
  • Early access. Radar does not show roles to members before others.
  • A promise that watched companies will post roles. If nothing changes in a week, your brief says so.

3. Price and renewal

The price is shown on the Radar page as a monthly fee plus GST, with the total including GST, before you pay. Membership renews every month on the same date until you cancel. We email you at least 3 days before each renewal with the date and amount. We do not offer discounts or coupons. If we change the price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel in one click from My Radar. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you keep Radar until then. There is no cancellation fee and no retention screen.

5. Refunds

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and no Monday brief has been sent to you, we refund that payment in full. Otherwise, payments for a month that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires or where HireIQ failed to provide the service, for example if no brief was sent in that month for reasons on our side. Refunds go back to the original payment method within the time your bank or card issuer takes. See also the refund policy.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. HireIQ does not see or store your full card or bank details. No free trial requires card details.

7. Accuracy and sources

Briefs and dossiers describe what companies' public career pages showed at HireIQ's daily checks. HireIQ is not the employer for these roles, is not recruiting for them, and is not affiliated with these companies unless a role is marked as verified with the employer. The company's own page is the authority on any role.

8. Your data

We use your watchlist, saved roles and email address only to provide Radar. We do not share your watchlist with any employer. See the privacy policy and data retention page.

9. Ending the service

We may end Radar for everyone with 30 days' notice by email, and refund any unused part of a month already paid. We may end a membership that breaks the acceptable use rules, with a pro-rata refund.

10. Grievances and law

Complaints go to the Grievance Officer, Talpro India Private Limited, at grievance@talproindia.com; see the grievance page for timelines. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission.
