1. Who sells and what BLAST is
These terms govern HireIQ BLAST Launch, BLAST Spotlight and BLAST Signature, sold by Talpro India Private Limited, B-Block, 4th Floor, 0741/A, 12th Main Road, Manipal County Road, opposite Star Market, AECS Layout, Singasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, India (“Talpro”, “we”), to you, the leader who buys a campaign (“you”). BLAST is a career marketing service: we prepare your leadership profile and, with your approval of the persona it is sent to, introduce it to decision-makers and, on the higher tiers, to executive search firms. Talpro is not your employer, not a placement agency for you, and not the employer for any role. Talpro charges no fee to any employer or search firm for a BLAST introduction.
2. Price, payment and invoice
- BLAST Launch: ₹49,999 plus 18% GST (₹58,998.82), a 30-day campaign period.
- BLAST Spotlight: ₹99,999 plus 18% GST (₹1,17,998.82), a 60-day campaign period.
- BLAST Signature: ₹1,49,999 plus 18% GST (₹1,76,998.82), a 90-day campaign period.
The total shown before you pay is the amount charged, through Razorpay. A GST tax invoice is issued by Talpro India Private Limited. There are no discounts, coupons or success fees.
3. What each tier includes
Every tier: a Leadership Profile Build (an evidence-checked master CV, a one-page Leader Brief and a confidential version with names and figures banded or removed); an ICP call to agree target roles, industries, cities, kinds of company and the companies never to contact; a Talent Map of your target companies, identifying the decision-makers for your persona from Head of function to CXO, which is yours to keep; a check for a warm introduction through the HCI Talks leadership network before any email (warm introductions depend on others’ goodwill and no number is promised); campaigns to every named decision-maker we find who fits the persona you approve; up to three follow-ups to first-campaign decision-makers who have not replied; every reply passed to you within one working day; HireIQ Radar for the campaign’s Radar days, counted from payment, watching the target companies you choose up to the watchlist limit in the Radar terms; a written company brief on companies that reply, up to your tier’s number; a live campaign tracker; and a written final report.
- Launch: Talent Map of at least 25 companies; one campaign to at least 60 decision-makers; Radar for 30 days; up to 2 company briefs.
- Spotlight: Talent Map of at least 50 companies; two campaigns to at least 120 decision-makers in all; introductions to at least 15 and up to 25 retained executive search firms; LinkedIn profile rewrite; a Digital Profiling & Visibility campaign for 2 weeks; Radar for 60 days; up to 4 company briefs.
- Signature: Talent Map of at least 75 companies; three campaigns to at least 180 decision-makers in all; introductions to at least 25 and up to 40 retained executive search firms; everything in Spotlight with a Digital Profiling & Visibility campaign for 4 weeks; an HCI Talks recorded conversation with three short clips; Radar for 90 days; up to 6 company briefs; and, if you receive an offer during the campaign period, the Offer & Pay Desk (a pay benchmark, two negotiation calls and a counter-offer script).
We map as many companies, and approach as many decision-makers, as we can find who fit your approved persona. The numbers above are the minimum we promise; no higher number is promised.
Decision-makers are senior people at companies (for example chief executives, CHROs, talent-acquisition and function heads), located in India, sent in batches through our outreach tool.
4. Who BLAST is for, and our right to decline
BLAST is for Heads of function, Directors, Vice Presidents, CXOs and board candidates on fixed pay of ₹50 lakh a year or more, or paid outside India. We may decline a campaign at any point before the first campaign is sent — for example if, after the ICP call, we believe it cannot work for your brief, or if your information is not accurate — and we then refund under clause 7.
5. Your consent and control
- After your ICP call we write down your persona — the target companies, industries, cities and kinds of company, and the roles to approach from Head of function to CXO — and you approve it in your HireIQ account. Nothing is sent before you approve your persona, and we approach only decision-makers who fit it. You do not approve each person: you can see every decision-maker on your campaign in your account and remove anyone who has not yet been contacted. We keep a record of your approval, and of each removal, with its date and time.
- Your current employer, and every company you name as excluded, are never contacted.
- “Confidential first”: your profile goes out without your name and with your employer and figures banded; a company learns your name only after it replies and you approve it. “Named”: your profile goes out with your name.
- You may pause or end your campaign at any time by writing to us; refunds then follow clause 7.
- Every reply is passed to you. You decide whether and how to continue any conversation; we never negotiate or accept anything on your behalf.
6. How we protect the people we write to
- Every email carries a personal stop link. Anyone who uses it, asks us to stop by any other means, or whose address bounces is never contacted again by any BLAST campaign, for any client.
- No recipient receives more than two different leaders’ profiles from BLAST in any 30 days.
- We write only to business addresses of people in senior roles, about a leadership introduction relevant to their organisation, and only to recipients located in India.
- We never include your salary, personal identifiers or documents in a campaign unless you ask us to in writing.
7. Refunds
- Before any work (no leadership profile delivered and no campaign sent): full refund.
- If we decline your campaign at any point before the first campaign is sent: full refund, and any profile already delivered is yours to keep.
- If you cancel after your leadership profile is delivered, before the first campaign is sent: everything except ₹9,999 plus GST, and the profile is yours to keep.
- After the first campaign is sent: not refundable, except any part of the work in clause 3 not delivered within your campaign period, refunded pro rata — including any shortfall below the minimum number of decision-makers or search firms for your tier — and, if the Digital Profiling & Visibility campaign could not be run, ₹15,000 plus GST (Spotlight) or ₹40,000 plus GST (Signature).
- A duplicate or mistaken charge is always refunded in full.
- Not achieving a reply, interview, offer or any other outcome is not a ground for refund.
8. Digital Profiling & Visibility campaign and sponsored content (Spotlight and Signature)
We turn your leadership story into a short Leader Spotlight and show it to decision-makers in your target industries — on LinkedIn and on HireIQ or HCI Talks pages — for the number of weeks in your tier. Every piece, including the HCI Talks conversation, is published only after you approve the final version, and is labelled as sponsored. You may ask for any of it to be taken down and we will do so within two working days. You receive a visibility summary at the end. Reach, views and responses are not promised.
9. No outcome guarantee, and independence from the Verified Jobs board
No campaign promises a reply, an interview, an offer, a salary or any timeline. Employers make every hiring decision. Buying BLAST is never a fee to apply for, or to be considered, shortlisted, interviewed or placed in, any role, and it never changes how any application you make on HireIQ is reviewed: free and paid applications pass the same review gate. 10. Your information
We use the information you give us only to deliver your campaign, and share your profile only as clause 5 allows. You confirm that what you give us is accurate and yours to share. We keep it and delete it under our data retention policy and privacy policy, and you can ask for a copy, a correction or erasure at any time. Records of your approvals and of every send are kept as evidence of consent.
11. Timing
Your campaign period starts when payment is confirmed. We aim to deliver your leadership profile within five working days and to hold your ICP call within the first week. Time you take to approve your persona or content extends the campaign period by the same amount.
12. Requests, law and grievances
Questions and refund requests: hello@talproindia.com, quoting your BL-, BS- or BX- reference. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law. Complaints can be raised through our grievance process.
