Why this role exists
A founder-led IT contract staffing firm with 15+ years in Bengaluru is moving from founder-led selling to a dedicated sales leader. The firm focuses on compliance-first, niche contract staffing, especially for Global Capability Centres (GCCs). This role owns new-client acquisition and the growth of existing accounts, so the founder can focus on strategy and delivery quality.
Must-haves (evidence required)
- 10+ years in B2B sales of IT staffing or IT services, including at least 3 years leading a sales team or territory.
- A proven record of opening and growing enterprise or GCC accounts in India, with an active network of HR, talent acquisition and procurement decision-makers.
- Strong commercial discipline: rate-card and margin negotiation, MSAs and vendor empanelment, and a well-kept CRM pipeline.
