Terms of engagement.
Written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, write to us before you pay — we would rather explain it than argue about it later.

The four things that matter most.
You are buying a deliverable
Each step is a defined piece of work that ends with a written document you keep. You are not buying software, a licence or access to a platform.
One-time payment
Every step is paid once. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, no trial that converts, and no stored mandate. Nothing renews on its own.
No outcome is guaranteed
We do not guarantee a job, an interview, a shortlisting or a salary. We are a partner service assisting your search. Anyone who guarantees you an outcome is selling you something else.

1. What we agree to do
We perform the specific step you have paid for, as described on this site and confirmed to you in writing. For the Profile Intelligence Audit that is a written report benchmarking your profile against matched, currently-advertised roles at your level. For later steps it is the scope set out in your engagement letter. We do not add work you have not agreed to, and we do not charge for work you have not agreed to.
2. Fees, taxes and how you pay
Fees for entry steps are shown at the point of purchase. Fees for representation and other engagements are quoted to you individually in writing before any work starts. All fees are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST unless stated; GST is applied at the rate in force. Payment is processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payment is made to Talpro India Private Limited — never to an individual’s personal account.
3. No subscription and no automatic renewal
We do not operate subscription plans, monthly billing, free trials, credits or token packs. Each engagement step is bought once. We do not store a payment mandate and cannot charge you again without you making a fresh payment.
4. Delivery
The CV Signal Snapshot is delivered by email within one working day of receiving your CV. For the Career Conversation and the Complete Leadership Package we offer a Microsoft Teams slot within three working days; notes follow within two working days of the call and the full Complete Leadership Package within seven. Each package is valid for 15 days from payment. Where a step depends on a meeting, delivery follows the meeting. If we are going to miss a stated delivery window, we tell you before it passes rather than after.
5. Revisions
The CV Signal Snapshot and the Career Conversation include one clarification; the Complete Leadership Package includes one revision round, and further rounds can be bought as an add-on. Revisions are raised within fourteen days of delivery. A revision is not a rewrite to a different brief.
6. What you are responsible for
The work rests on what you tell us. You confirm that the information, documents and history you provide are true and yours to share, and that sharing them does not breach an obligation you owe someone else. We will not write a claim about your career that you have not evidenced, and we will not invent achievements, titles, dates or numbers. If we find that material information was misrepresented, we may end the engagement.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your documents and your search as confidential. Your name is released to a company only when you have told us to release it. Where you have asked for a confidential or stealth search, we approach companies without identifying you until you say otherwise, and we honour a company blacklist you give us.
8. Ownership of what we produce
The documents we deliver — your report, workbook, Master CV, evidence pack and roadmap — are yours. You may use them however you wish. Our own templates, methods and internal research remain ours. You may not resell or redistribute our work as a service to others.
9. What we will not do
We will not guarantee an outcome. We will not fabricate evidence. We will not contact your current employer. We will not ask you for money outside this site or an invoice from Talpro India Private Limited. We will not take a placement fee from a hiring company for a candidate we represent, because it would put us on both sides.
10. Ending the engagement
You may stop after any step; nothing later is assumed. For a longer engagement, notice and any refund of unstarted steps are set out in your engagement letter. We may end an engagement where the brief is outside what we can honestly serve, where information was misrepresented, or where conduct towards our team is abusive — and we will refund work not yet started.
11. Liability
We are responsible for performing the agreed work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for hiring decisions made by third parties, for outcomes of applications or interviews, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your engagement is the version published on the day you paid. Material changes are dated at the top of this page.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Before any dispute goes further, please raise it with our Grievance Officer — most things are a misunderstanding that a phone call fixes.
