What Premium is — and is not
What you buy
Preparation delivered by Talpro’s advisory team for one specific role: the full 360° brief and the role’s budget band; on Insight and Complete, also a CV rewritten against the employer’s brief, interview-preparation calls (one on Insight, two on Complete) and the employer’s name and hiring-team note — each only where the employer has authorised that disclosure in its mandate.
What it never buys
A shortlist, an interview, an offer, or any change to the review gate. Free and Premium applications are screened against the same brief by the same team. We will refuse a Premium purchase on any role where the employer has not authorised the disclosures it includes — the option simply won’t appear.
Refunds and role closure
If the employer pauses or closes the role before Talpro has started your preparation, you receive a full refund. If preparation has started, the completed work (rewritten CV, prep calls) stays yours and the undelivered part is refunded pro-rata. Full terms on the trust page.
Relationship to CVPRO
